1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Raah Youth Portal mobile application (“Raah”, “App”, “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) About Raah (Service Description)

Raah is a local-first opportunities hub for the youth of Balochistan. The Service may display opportunities such as jobs, internships, scholarships, workshops, training, competitions, volunteering, and information about publicly available programs. Raah also offers an optional “Raah ID” feature (a platform-specific digital identity within Raah).

3) Raah ID Disclaimer (Not Government ID)

Raah ID is a platform feature used to identify users within Raah. It is not a government-issued identification document and does not replace your CNIC or any official ID document.

4) Optional Feature: Raah ID

You can use core app features (browsing opportunities, saving items, etc.) without creating a Raah ID.

If you choose to create a Raah ID, you agree that:

Some fields are required to create the Raah ID (e.g., Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, City).
CNIC number is optional. If you choose to provide it, it may be stored in our backend to support platform integrity and verification workflows.
You must provide accurate information and must not create an ID using someone else’s details.

5) User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information where requested
Keep your account and PIN confidential
Not impersonate others or use fake identity information
Not misuse the platform (harassment, scams, spam, illegal activity)
Not attempt to bypass security or access data you do not own
Follow the Community Guidelines (where applicable)

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and Raah ID.

6) Third-Party Opportunities & No Guarantees

Raah may display opportunities and information from third parties including organizations, NGOs, universities, public advertisements, and user submissions. Raah does not guarantee:

the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings
selection, approval, or outcomes
legitimacy of any third-party listing beyond internal review signals

You are responsible for verifying details and applying at your own risk. When official sources exist, you should confirm eligibility and deadlines directly from those sources.

7) Government Information Disclaimer (Independence)

Raah Youth Portal is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of any government entity.
Any government program information displayed in Raah is provided for informational purposes only and may be aggregated from publicly available official sources and public advertisements. Raah does not process or approve applications for government programs; users are directed to official sources to apply.

8) Submitting Opportunities (Users & Organizations)

Raah may allow users and organizations to submit opportunities through the App.

By submitting any opportunity content (including text, images/posters, links, contact details, or attachments), you agree that:

You are authorized to share it and it is not misleading
You will not submit scams, spam, false claims, or harmful links
You will clearly disclose fees, requirements, and important restrictions
Your submission may be reviewed, edited, accepted, rejected, or removed by Raah at any time
Submission does not guarantee publication

Admin Review: Submissions may be reviewed before going live to maintain quality and reduce scams, but review is not a guarantee of legitimacy.

9) Content Rights, License, and Ownership

All trademarks, logos, and brand names shown in third-party opportunities belong to their respective owners.

When you submit content to Raah, you grant Raah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content within the App and related Raah services for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

10) Prohibited Content & Behavior

You must not:

Post or submit scams, phishing links, or fraudulent opportunities
Impersonate individuals or organizations
Upload content you do not have rights to use
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
Share someone else’s personal data without permission
Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service

11) Copyright / Takedown Requests

If you believe content displayed in Raah infringes your rights or was posted without authorization, contact us at support@raah.site with:

the content link/screenshot,
proof of ownership/authority, and
a clear removal request.

We will review and take appropriate action, including removal or restriction.

12) Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove content if we believe you:

provided fake identity details (especially for Raah ID),
impersonated others,
submitted scams/spam,
repeatedly violated guidelines, or
attempted to compromise platform security.

13) Privacy

Your use of Raah is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Raah is not liable for losses arising from third-party opportunities, user submissions, or external links.
Raah is not responsible for decisions made by organizations, institutions, or program providers.
Raah is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Pakistan.
